This type of website is ideal for those who have:
- 1 or maybe 2 bedrooms only to let

2. Multi-page website:
Using our simple online design tools we find out what you find asthetically pleasing. You choose from a selection of different design options and we create a website based on your choices.
There will be room enough to put everything you want to, for example:
- 20 Photos (2 per page)
- Unlimited text
- Availability check bar
- Google Map to show your location
- Contact form
- Star/diamond rating symbol
- Facilities icons and descriptions
Typically, such a site would have these pages:

- Room availability

3. Tailor made website:
If you've got specific ideas about how you'd like your website to look and require something a bit different we can consult with you about possible design options and construct a new design based on your requirements.
In order to work out your requirements:
- We will consult with you over the phone
- Tell us your thoughts on what makes a good design
- Refer us to website designs that you like and we will incorporate those ideas into the initial draft
Based on the information you supply us we will send you a quote
Prices start at £400
(and will need to be quoted on a case by case basis)
Maintenance: £95 per annum
Extra pages: each page charged at 10% of quoted design fee

Text
We will need you to compile some text for your website. We recommend that you have 300-400 words on your home page and a similar amount on a page about your town and locality. This will help to increase the importance of your site in the search engines.
The text on your website needs to be unique. If it is duplicated on any other website it will affect how the search engines rank the importance of your site and will bring the site down in search results.
We will send you some information which will help you when compiling this.
