If you fill in the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. This is sent directly to our inbox by email so we can reply to you — it is not stored in a database or shared with anyone else. We also use a hidden field and a short delay check to filter out automated spam submissions before they're sent; these don't collect any information about you.
If you accept cookies via the banner on this site, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site. This includes information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site (e.g. from a search engine or another website), your approximate location (city/country level, from your IP address), and the type of device and browser you're using. Contact form messages are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. Collected data is retained for 14 months, the maximum period available, after which it is automatically deleted. Where a visitor returns within that window, the retention period resets from their most recent visit. Server log files are retained as described above.
